Low & slow! We use bone in pork butt for our delicious & juicy pulled pork with our special butt rub. Our baby back ribs are cooked long hours with our special rub to make them Tender & Juicy.
We cook low & slow with hickory wood, 18-20 hours for brisket and 14-16 hours for pork. We use a state of the art BBQ high tech industrial sized smoker to cook all our BBQ. We have the ability to smoke 600 lbs of brisket or 700 lbs. of pork, or 75 slabs of ribs in one cooking. So we are smokin.
