These members meet with business leaders to identify their skills gaps, talk to candidates to discuss their career ambitions, and pair the two together for long-term success.
“Workforce development is more than just job-pairing,” says Melissa Johnson, Executive Director of MCAC. “It involves developing the careers of employees that will support them for decades while upskilling the local population as a whole. Our employment services members do just that.”
